All goods purchased from Hargroves Cycles are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer an extended warranty(please ask for more information as this varies between brands).
Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear, mechanical incompetence ie your own incorrect installation. If you feel that the product you have purchased from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned:
Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
Goods should be accompanied with Completed Returns Form(downloadable below).
Please be honest with us and we will do our very best to help you out.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We operate a no quibble money back policy on all goods returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at the customers expense UNLESS we have made an error or the item is faulty.

Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days via the same method as payment was originally made.
